A fun twist of a traditional Shepherds Pie, this meal combines all my favorite veggies with mashed potatoes. Also, I’m a ranch fanatic so I added some good seasoning – giving it a kick that I think you’ll love too! This is a hearty meal that will fill your belly and have you licking the spoon when you’re all done!
